Conway City Council
Ward 4, City Wide Election
Committed. Experienced. Community Minded.
A proven leader for Conway
Conway has seen dramatic change in the 28 years Shelia Isby has served on the Conway City Council. She helped deliver the new police station, the new airport, new ball parks, retail expansion, the Conway Tennis Center, the Conway Overnight Shelter, the Dave Ward Overpass, MLK Park, Conway Fire Station #3, and more.
Shelia championed a sales tax initiative that helped fund a new Community Center and Soccer Complex.
Shelia is a Conway native and a former Wampus Cat, with family roots that run deep in our city. She was the first minority to sit on the Conway City Council.
